ENHANCE TALK THERAPY WITH

Adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting Therapy

We’ve all had those moments in therapy where we feel stuck or loop on issues related to negative life experiences. When a primary therapist and client collaborate with an EMDR or Brainspotting therapist, this partnership can help move treatment forward.

What is Adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting?

  • Adjunct EMDR or Adjunct Brainspotting takes place in collaboration with your current therapist, who is considered the primary therapist.

  • You work on targeting specific events that have had a lasting impact on you with EMDR, while you continue to work on your overall therapy goals with your primary therapist.

  • Adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting are usually a short term, limited number of sessions.

We partner with primary therapists and their clients to target their clients’ specific memories, body sensations, or limiting beliefs with EMDR or Brainspotting.

By targeting specific traumatic memories or intrusive thoughts, brief adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting can accelerate progress in traditional therapy, help the client and the primary therapist to resolve stuck points, and enrich their ongoing work.
