FAQ

  • Yes! We are accepting new clients at this time. You can book a free phone consult here.

  • At this time we are only seeing clients online. If you have questions about how therapy works online, see our therapy page or set up a consult with us here, for any additional questions.

  • Good question. Click here for information on fees and why we don’t take insurance.

  • Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at time of session. You can store a credit card on file in the client portal to make payments super easy.

  • 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for no charge. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of appointment, half of the set rate will be charged. No shows will be charged the full rate.

  • Generally no. Different states have different laws about treatment across states. During the COVID 19 pandemic, some states have allowed for interstate telehealth on a temporary basis. If you are looking for a therapist outside of California, we recommend checking out Inclusive Therapists and Therapy Den directories.

  • Absolutely. Sure, there are some differences from in person, but we know plenty of tools in both techniques that are highly effective online. Want to know more details? Schedule a free consult here.

  • Good question. We specialize in Women of Color, though we are happy to see anyone who is a clinical/logistical fit and aligned with our mission, vision and values.
