About Me

As a Black & Pinay woman, my deepest roles are mother, fiance, sister, and friend--- healing alongside my communities. It's an honor to hold space for others. I've unlearned much of the white supremacist and capitalist patriarchy I grew up in. My worth is so much more than individualism and meritocracy. I work to bring my authentic self into every room and hope to support others in doing the same. Outside of my role as a therapist, I stay present with my 6-month-old and 2-year-old, savor warm weather, delicious foood, and time with family & chosen family. I love cooking new meals, working out for that dopamine hit, and lately making floral arrangements as I return to creativity.

  • I help folks like you who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their sense of purpose and peace. My approach is compassionate, strength-based, and tailored to your unique experiences—whether you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, or daily stressors.
