While traditional therapy validates your story, we use neuroscience to clear the threat from your body. We believe that a regulated nervous system is a form of resistance.

  • Brainspotting for Racial & Systemic Trauma: We use EMDR to process the "daily cuts" of oppression—the microaggressions, the workplace toxicity, and the news cycles—that get stuck in your memory networks. By metabolizing these experiences, you stop carrying the external world’s toxicity as internal anxiety.

  • EMDR for Identity & Safety: Standard talk therapy keeps you in your logical brain (where you are often forced to rationalize or explain your humanity). Brainspotting bypasses logic to access the subcortical brain, helping you release the deep "freeze" or "fawn" responses stored in your body from years of navigating unsafe spaces.

  • Decolonizing Your Rest: Systemic oppression disconnects you from your body’s signals (hunger, fatigue, boundaries). We use somatic tools to help you reconnect with your physical self, teaching you how to feel safe enough to rest, safe enough to feel joy, and safe enough to take up space.
