Moving Through It: Community Support in Times of Grief

Thursday December 14, 2023

6PM PST, Online

This workshop will provide a space to grieve and mourn in community while also engaging in movement, mindfulness, and self-care activities to support us in moving through the feelings we are experiencing at this time. As we move into the colder months, this time of year can already bring difficult feelings and emotions, now amplified by the violence that is occurring in Palestine, Congo, Sudan, and other parts of the world . Please join us in renewing and restoring our collective spirit so that we can support each other as we move through it and forward. This workshop is FREE to the community.
