Healing Happens in Community
COMMUNITY HUB
At Empowered Mind Therapy Center, we believe healing is deeply relational.
While therapy can be an important part of the healing process, it is rarely the only place where healing happens. We find healing through community, movement, creativity, cultural practices, spiritual traditions, mutual aid, meaningful relationships, and spaces where we feel seen, supported, and connected.
Over the years, we've had the privilege of connecting with incredible practitioners, organizations, healers, educators, facilitators, and community leaders whose work supports wellbeing in different ways.
This Community Hub is a growing collection of resources for individuals, families, and communities seeking support beyond the therapy room. Whether you're looking for mental health services, movement practices, creative spaces, holistic wellness resources, leadership support, spiritual care, or opportunities to connect with others, we hope this directory helps you find resources that feel aligned with your needs and values.
We recognize that no single resource is right for everyone. We encourage you to explore, ask questions, and find the supports that resonate with you.
